Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@teethos.co with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Opened Products

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.

That said, if you’re not satisfied, please reach out—we’re happy to help with a replacement or store credit. Our goal is to make sure you have a great experience with Teethos.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item (if eligible).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
